Hello! We are Delia and Vladi, cofounders of Deluca&Co, a pioneer company in the comprehensive management of holiday rentals in Altea!

Our basic service has a fixed commission of 18% plus VAT, based on the establishment's gross monthly billing. Services subcontracted to third parties are not included in the base rate and are subject to review and negotiation.
The tourist license is an administrative title granted by the regional or municipal administration (depending on the territory). It is mandatory for all houses where a tourist activity is carried out. In order to obtain this accreditation, a series of requirements must be fulfilled (which varies according to each community).
The basic documentation an owner needs in order to contract our services is: Tourist license of the property, the ID of the signatory, the IBAN of the beneficiary and a civil liability insurance policy.
Any owner of a property managed by Deluca&Co is entitled to its’ use whenever they need it. In case you want to have it free on specific dates of the calendar for personal use, you can notify Deluca&Co through any of our communication channels and we will proceed to block the availability of the property.
Keep in mind that the commission for our services must still be paid, and will be calculated based on the price published at the time of blocking the dates in the calendar.
Any additional services offered by Deluca&Co are optional and can be managed and provided by the owners themselves.
