This Royal Decree came into force on the 2nd of January 2023 and requires digital platforms and hosts to provide additional data (such as details about bookings, hosts, guests and accommodations) to the Spanish national authorities, in this case, the Ministry of Interior 🤓
The adaptation period ended on the 2nd of December 2024, when the reporting obligations came into force. Please make sure you are familiar with and comply with all the new requirements that may apply to you 📝
